This implies that while Boron can suppress estrogen and prevent man boobs in the short term, it has the reverse effect in the long run. As a result, it’s recommended to cycle Boron for two weeks on and one week off to avoid Estrogen levels rising unnecessarily.
Another recent study on 13 participants with low vitamin D levels, found that giving them six milligrams of Boron per day from calcium fructoborate for 60 days resulted in a 19.6% increase in vitamin D levels, a 56% increase in DHEA. a 29.5% increase in free testosterone.
